As The Opportunity Network (OppNet) launches a new strategic plan and continues its significant growth, we are seeking a Managing Director of Human Resources to create and lead the vision and strategy for our talent function. The MD of HR will ensure that OppNet is attracting, developing, and retaining exceptional and diverse leaders to make a positive and sustained impact on our students and stakeholders. The MD of HR will report to the Chief Executive Officer and will be a member of the Enterprise Leadership Team. The MD of HR will make strategic decisions about the structure and growth of OppNet’s talent strategy.

Since 2003, OppNet has ignited the drive, curiosity, and agency of historically and systematically underrepresented students on their paths to and through college and into thriving careers, powered by our commitment to access and community. This year, OppNet will reach more than 10,000 students of color across the nation to support them in achieving their college and career goals.
