The Boeing Company is seeking a Continuous Improvement Project Manager Specialist to join the Office of Continuous Improvement in the Engineering, Test, and Technology (ET&T) organization within Boeing’s Enterprise Software Systems Engineering, Integration and Test (SEIT) organization, which is leading an Enterprise level effort to revolutionize software development processes and products at Boeing. This position is virtual and can be worked anywhere within the US.
As a member of the Continuous Improvement team, you will manage governance boards for Software Engineering Risks, Issues, and Opportunities (RIO) and Software Safety. You will be responsible for scheduling and managing these governance boards, capturing risks/issues/opportunities, and identifying Continuous Improvements. In addition you will manage the execution of various Continuous Improvement projects across the Software Engineering org, improving the developer experience and driving culture change. This position will place you in a role where you have the opportunity to make significant impact on software teams across Boeing.
This position has been identified as a virtual opportunity and does not require applicants to live in Auburn, WA. This position requires up to 10% travel.

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years’ related work experience, 10 years’ related work experience, etc.)

Summary pay range: $73,000 – $129,000
