Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and can-do Senior Accountant to join the IMT Accounting Team, reporting directly to the Accounting Manager. This role will be responsible for both month-end close activities and project-based work.

Responsibilities

• Prepare higher-risk monthly revenue journal entries and reconciliations
• Review certain workpapers prepared by Staff Accountants
• Lead investigations into and prepare flux analysis for certain product lines
• Own and operate SOX controls as necessary
• Plan and test business initiatives impacting revenue lines
• Document system and process changes
• Coach and mentor Staff Accountants

Required Education and Experience

• BA/BS with a concentration in Finance or Accounting
• 4+ years’ experience in public accounting, mid-to-large sized tech or high-growth company
• Audit or Internal Audit experience desirable
• Experience using advanced Excel functions, with an interest and aptitude to work with large amounts of data
• Experience with a month-end close process preferred
• CPA preferred, with a solid understanding of GAAP
• Revenue accounting experience preferred
• Zuora (subscription billing software) experience a plus
• Workday Financial Management experience a plus
